Steve Patterson – CEO
Steve Patterson is a proven leader in the telecommunications market. During his 15 plus years in the industry he has led companies to leadership positions by driving product innovation, operations and sales excellence. Steve began his career with Global Crossing where he held numerous positions in sales, client relations and data solutions, as well as serving as a Regional Director.
Steve founded Broadnet Consulting, in 2002, which provided network design and implementation to large purveyors of voice and data services in the telecommunications space. Steve’s experiences at Broadnet Consulting led to the formation of Broadnet Teleservices with a vision to provide industry leading software-based products and services to fulfill the demand for interactive social networking. In other words, Broadnet provides telephone forums and automated calling services. In the past couple years; Broadnet Teleservices (Broadnet) has grown rapidly relying on its immensely talented and creative staff along with a commitment to new technologies. Fostering an open and collaborative atmosphere, Broadnet has been able to develop several new products and services that allow it to maintain a strong leadership position within the category. Currently, Broadnet is redefining how the telephone is used and how brands connect with their clients and constituents.

Sales Leadership Team

Mike Davis – Executive Vice President
Mike Davis is a co-founder and Executive Vice President for Broadnet. Mike is responsible for overseeing business development strategies and managing the sales and client relations teams.
Prior to Broadnet, Mike spent 10 years as a business development leader for Global Crossing. He was responsible for acquiring and managing over $10M in annual revenue with national corporations such as First Data Corp. and Teletech Holdings. During his tenure, Mike was ranked in the top 3 out of a global team of 1000’s. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Colorado.
Frank Ford – VP of Business Development
Frank Ford heads up the commercial business development division for Broadnet.  Frank is responsible for building extensive relationships in Professional Sports where he has nearly every team in the NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL as a client. He also works extensively with Fortune 500 companies, Non–Profits/Associations, Franchises, Publishing Houses (book/music), Higher Education, and large Retailers/Manufacturers.
Frank began his career in business development which transpired into him becoming a business development executive in the pharmaceutical industry prior to Broadnet. Frank earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business/Real Estate from the University of Denver. He resides in Castle Pines, Colorado with his wife and daughter.
Lucie Bright – Director of Client Development
As Director of Client Development, Lucie Bright oversees Broadnet’s portfolio of customers across the U.S. and internationally, both wholesale and retail. In this role, she directs the Washington DC-based client support and business development team to develop new market opportunities and support clients in the delivery of Broadnet’s core products.
Prior to joining Broadnet, Lucie spent 3 years at DDC Advocacy, a leading public affairs technology and consulting firm, where she focused on business development, marketing strategy and client engagement for the company. Earlier in her career, Lucie worked for a branding solutions firm, Northstar Destination Strategies, in Nashville, TN. There, she worked with municipality clients helping them to enhance their tourism and economic development.
Lucie received her Bachelor’s Degree from Vanderbilt University and currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida.
Courtney Fischer – Director of Client Development
Courtney Fischer is the Director of Client Development for Broadnet’s New York office. She manages over 100 channel partners across the country and facilitates successful communication between resellers and the operational team in Denver. Courtney works to achieve clients’ objectives by strategizing their product usage and engaging them on how to best use Broadnet’s platform for their outreach goals.
Prior to Broadnet, Courtney worked as a Field Coordinator at DDC Advocacy, a grassroots advocacy firm located in National Harbor, Maryland. She worked with political consultants from around the country on several large scale campaigns, and managed their local grassroots efforts. Courtney received her bachelor’s degree from Providence College and currently lives in New York City.
Mark Owens – Project Manager
Mark Owens is the Project Manager for Broadnet. Mark is responsible for the internal and external training, launch, adoption, and use of all new products and features. Prior to joining Broadnet in 2011, Mark worked in the finance industry for Frost Bank, Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management and Northwestern Mutual.
Mark attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas on a soccer scholarship where he obtained his BS in Economics before completing his MBA at the University of Denver. He currently resides in Denver with his wife.
Kacie Lopez – Sales Support Specialist
Kacie grew up near Utica, Nebraska and continued onto college at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Marketing in December 2008 and moved to Colorado immediately after graduation. After starting her experience at Broadnet as an Event Specialist, Kacie then moved into the role of Office Manager, worked in Client Relations, and now holds the position of Sales Support Specialist. Kacie’s main focus is supporting the sales team’s efforts with researching prospective markets to help build new business.
Kimberly Cantrell – Executive Assistant & Accounts Manager
Shortly after joining the team in 2010 as the Office Manager, Kimberly assumed the role of Executive Assistant/Accounts Manager. She now handles all of Broadnet’s billing, executive support to both the CEO and V.P of Operations, and various projects spreading across the organization. Prior to Broadnet, Kimberly built a customer service and sales career working for Transamerica. Kimberly received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver and currently lives in Denver.

Client Relations Leadership Team

Courtney Long – Senior Client Relations Specialist
Courtney Long is the Senior Client Relations Specialist in Broadnet’s Washington, D.C. office.  Courtney assists Broadnet’s entire client base, both commercial and political, with the planning and execution of their events.  She recently joined our Broadnet team in May 2012.
Prior to working at Broadnet, Courtney worked for Atlascraft, a small software company in D.C. At Atlascraft, Courtney directed a manufacturing project and was responsible for managing relationships with outside vendors. While there, she also tested company software and conducted research on the energy and defense industries.
Courtney received her bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the University of Delaware and currently lives in Annapolis, Maryland.
Kristin Sanders
After 15 years in customer service, Kristin joined Broadnet in January of 2012 as an Event Specialist. She then joined the Client Relations team in 2013. Kristin assists the client base with the education of Broadnet’s best practices, planning, and execution of their events from the Denver office. Kristin continues to study creative writing, and resides in Littleton, Colorado with her son and dog.

Operations Leadership Team

David Bradley – VP of Operations
David Bradley is the Vice President of Operations for Broadnet and has over fifteen years of experience in the automated messaging industry in areas of IVR and product development, sales, client support, and operations. David is responsible for developing people, processes, and technology solutions that guide Broadnet team members as they produce world class, fully interactive experiences that facilitate millions of meaningful conversations between fans, constituents, and followers with their idols, heroes and leaders.
Kristie Browns – Director of Operations
Kristie Browns joined the Broadnet team as the first employee, over 6 years ago.  Kristie has developed the process and procedure that defines the Operations Department and is responsible for overseeing the day to day production of product delivery. Prior to Broadnet, Kristie built a customer service career working for StorageTek/Sun MicroSystems, Visionary Consulting and MShow.com.  Kristie moved to Colorado after graduating from Indiana University and currently resides in Denver.
Bridget Corea – Operations Support Specialist
Bridget started with Broadnet in 2011 as an Event Specialist. She has a passion for the value that Broadnet brings to the marketplace and is currently working as an Operations Support Specialist. In her support role she adds value to the performance and efficiency of Event Specialists and works to continuously analyze and improve the TeleForum and support process. She grew up in Castle Rock, Colorado and studied at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Bridget currently lives in Lone Tree, Colorado with her husband and son.
Jen Chamberlin – Senior Operations Specialist
Jen grew up a Buckeye, near Cleveland, Ohio. After getting her bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan in Christian Education, she moved out to Denver, Colorado, where she completed her Masters of Arts in Community Counseling. Jen first joined the Broadnet team as an Event Specialist in 2009, then became an Operations Support Specialist in 2012. Jen fulfills the role of helping provide quality customer service with 1to1 and media, client support, operations support, as well as continuing to run TeleForums. Jen resides in Denver with her husband and dog.
Jeremy Pike – Senior Media Specialist
First joining the Broadnet Team in 2010 as an Event Specialist and then becoming the Media Specialist in 2011. Jeremy is responsible for all production related to 1to1Voice, Custom Music Hold, Transcription, and Custom Prompts. Jeremy also handles all media design related projects including the creation of presentations and marketing materials, graphic design projects, and website management.
Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University in 2010 and currently resides in Denver.

Engineering Leadership Team

Brian Brown – CTO
Brian Brown co-founded Broadnet Teleservices and serves as its Chief Technology Officer. Brian is responsible for technical strategy, and also manages all technical operations, including development and maintenance of the Boomerang and Teleforum systems, billing and control systems, product management, technical support, corporate equipment and network, and the production system infrastructure. He brings to Broadnet extensive experience in web, teleconferencing, and telecommunications.
Before Broadnet, Brian served as CTO for Antirion Inc., a last-minute ticket sales company with clients that included TicketMaster, The Denver Nuggets, and The Colorado Avalanche. Prior to working with Antirion, Brian founded several other companies, including the Front Range Technology Group and Visionary Consulting (a telecom and web software company which is still in business today). Brian’s clients have included companies like Global Crossing, Verizon, PacBell, ACT Teleconferencing, AT&T, the Colorado and Arizona state tourism offices, and many others. Before going off on his own, Brian worked in various capacities, including Director of Wholesale Conferencing Services, Call Center Operations Manager, and Software Engineer at Global Crossing Conferencing.
Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and volunteers as a board member and past president of the MIT Club of Colorado.  He has won national alumni awards from the Institute, and has also served on several national committees for MIT.  Brian was named as one of the Denver Business Journal “40 under 40” in 2010.
Chris Silveri – Vice President of Engineering
Chris has a high tech career spanning 30 years as an developer, architect, manager, and executive with companies including AT&T / Bell Labs, Sun Microsystems, and several startup and emerging companies. Chris’ expertise includes all aspects of  product development, architecture, operating systems, storage, networking, web technologies, security, and highly scalable enterprise applications. Chris has managed organizations of all sizes both domestic and international with a combination of software product and service focus.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of Illinois at Chicago.
Chris manages an engineering team of four engineers.
