Overview.
By turning a webcam on, VideoForum is directly integrated into your TeleForum™ event, making it easy to add VideoForum to your already scheduled TeleForum™ call. With VideoForum there are no expensive programs to download or production equipment to buy. All you need is a webcam and a free Ustream account and thanks to Ustream Producer, there is even the option to show presentation slides, audio clips and movies during your VideoForum. The best part? We have developed a detailed process document around VideoForum to walk you through all of the necessary setup steps. It is that easy!
During your VideoForum your participants will still have access to all of the TeleForum™ features you know and love; live polling and Q&A. In fact, VideoForum participants will be able to submit question via our web interface rather than ask them live, making it easier to answer as many as possible. In addition to polling and Q&A, VideoForum participants will also have one-click access to any social networking, blog, or other web pages you would like to direct them to. There can even be a link setup for donations!
