Standard auto call broadcasts are one dimensional and only inform constituents about current issues. With Ricochet technology, you can now give them the opportunity to respond directly to the issues sponsors, by allowing constituents the opportunity to leave a voice mail recording. The best part is you can spread the voice mails out over the period of an hour, day or month to slowly get your point across or to make an immediate statement – the choice is up to you!

Overview.

Ricochet is similar to our polling and transfer features. However, instead of giving participants the opportunity to answer questions with their telephone keypad or transfer out on their own, they are encouraged to leave a voice mail. After the broadcast is complete, we gather all voice mails and send them to the desired party at a rate determined by you. This allows you to know exactly how many voice mails are sent, what each says and the timing that each is delivered.

Ricochet broadcasts are easy to setup and typically follow an original broadcast, encouraging constituents to voice their opinion. In the original broadcast, you will let constituents know about a particular issue and inform them that if they would like to voice their opinion about the issue to please stay on the line and leave a voice mail for the issues sponsor. Once the broadcast has completed, you will be able to access all voice mails and pick and choose which ones to send for your Ricochet broadcast. It is that simple!
