The Congresswoman and Mr. Trump spoke to participants about current legislation affecting the economy and their respective roles in promoting the reversal of these bills. Throughout the call, the hosts interacted with participants by encouraging them to ask questions and respond to the three different interactive polls. Congresswoman Bachmann also urged participants to donate to her Presidential campaign using Broadnet’s transfer fundraising feature.

Solution.

Congresswoman Bachmann relied on Broadnet’s TeleForum^™ technology to reach out to her list of 180,000 participants. Content included OPEC’s rising oil prices, the repeal of “Obamacare,” job generation and the Congresswoman’s candidacy for President. Mr. Trump was able to discuss his role in the Chinese-American trade relations and also speak to the recent press he has received on the issue. The Congresswoman and Mr. Trump spoke to 38,862 attendees on the call, with a record breaking 8,371 attendees concurrently on the TeleForum^™ call. Over 1,666 participants indicated they would like to ask a question and 20 attendees were able to ask their question live on the call.

Halfway through the call, Congresswoman Bachmann spoke about her Presidential campaign and discussed her goals if elected. The Congresswoman utilized Broadnet’s transfer feature, and instructed any participants who would like to donate to her campaign to press Star Zero. Congresswoman Bachmann was able to accrue a staggering $14,034 in donations in only 30 minutes. Her campaign yielded an extra $3,000 by following up in an email campaign to participants who had registered for the TeleForum^™ call online.

Congresswoman Bachmann additionally utilized Broadnet’s post call voicemail option, in which 115 messages were recorded. Testimonials were extremely positive.
